Overview
We are currently unable to post your job due to the following error code: JOB_FIELD_PROCESSOR_COMPANY'. ( This job is blocked as its company is marked invalid. Failure reason reference code: [JOB_FIELD_PROCESSOR_COMPANY].") .
This means LinkedIn has blocked ATS-based job publishing for your Company Page at the platform level. As a result,Softgarden cannot publish jobs via the LinkedIn Free Job Posting API, and the migration from scraping to API-based publishing cannot be completed.
This restriction is enforced by LinkedIn. When ATS posting is disabled, LinkedIn only allows job data to be collected via scraping and prevents direct job publishing from external ATS systems.
To proceed, ATS job posting must be enabled in your LinkedIn Company Page settings.
How to Check the Setting
Log in to LinkedIn with a Company Page admin account
Open your LinkedIn Company Page
Go to Admin Tools → Job Posting
Locate Enable basic job posting
If the toggle is OFF, ATS-based publishing is disabled and API posting will not work.
How to Fix It
Open your LinkedIn Company Page settings
Navigate to Job Posting under Admin Tools
Enable Basic job posting (toggle ON)
Save changes if prompted
Once enabled, LinkedIn will allow softgarden to publish jobs via the API.
After this change, please notify softgarden so we can verify the configuration and continue the migration

The error JOB_FIELD_PROCESSOR_COMPANY. (Full error message: "This job is blocked as its company is marked invalid. Failure reason reference code: [JOB_FIELD_PROCESSOR_COMPANY]is caused by LinkedIn system restrictions on your Company Page. Softgarden cannot override or modify this setting.

Once the setting is enabled, softgarden will proceed with the migration and resume job publishing via the LinkedIn API.
Job postings listed under “Job Boards” in the Jobs section do not need to be reposted or updated. We ask for your patience while the change takes effect in how LinkedIn displays the postings. However, once the feature is activated on LinkedIn, no further action is required in the softgarden system.
