For easier collaboration, you can now assign tasks to multiple people. Up to 5 people can be assigned to a task, and as soon as one person completes it, it is done for everyone. Efficiently avoiding duplication of effort and coordination, completed tasks will be visible to everyone. If in need of taking individual action, separate tasks can be created, e.g. for individual feedback.

Now you can export published jobs directly in the ATS as a print-ready PDF available for your fill-out.

If you have activated the query of applicant feedback, the request will be automatically sent by email 24 hours after the first interview. In selection processes including more than one interview, you now have the possibility to select another step from the workflow used for this job for the feedback query. Feedback email will be sent out 24 hours after the selected step.
