What are job requisitions?
The "Job Requisitions" feature allows you to report staffing needs in a simple, structured way. A job requisition enables you to request new or additional positions and forward them to the appropriate individuals for approval.
The pre-configured standard process and form are available as a free add-on and can be used immediately.
To activate this feature, please contact our Support team or your Customer Success Manager.
Can the process be customized?
Yes. The request form can be customized to suit company-specific processes. Please note, however, that not all customizations are technically feasible and must be reviewed in advance.
Customizations are subject to a fee.
Please contact your Customer Success Manager or Account Manager regarding review and implementation.
How do I create a job requisition?
1. Create a new job requisition
Create the request directly in the system.
2. Provide relevant information
Position / Role
Location
Working hours
Desired start date
Approver – this person will be notified via email and will decide on the request.
3. Send approval request
How does the approval process work?
Once submitted, the job request is automatically forwarded to the relevant supervisors or authorized individuals. They receive an email notification.
The pending request also appears on the "Approvals" dashboard.
Using the "Make Decision" button, three options are available in the "Decision" drop-down menu.
Every decision requires a comment (mandatory field). Clicking "Submit" saves and processes the decision.
What statuses can a job requisition have?
A job requisition typically goes through the following statuses:
Pending – The requisition has been created, and a decision is still pending. It can still be edited in this status.
Accepted – The job requisition has been finally approved.
Rejected – The requisition has been rejected by the approver.
Posted – The requisition has been approved, and a new job has been created directly from it.
Who can create, approve, and view job requests?
Creation
All users whose role includes the "Create new job request" permission.

Visibility
Creators can view their own requests.
Approvers can view all requests assigned to them.
Administrators have access to all requests and can edit, approve, or delete them.
How can I track the history?
The entire history is documented under "Activity" within the job requisition. If necessary, the history can be exported as a PDF for documentation or archiving purposes.
