Recruitment Process
Inform your applicants about the application and recruitment process in your company.
This component already includes many suitable images and icons to illustrate the individual steps.
Headline, Text and Arrow Color
Enter an optional headline and/or text. The following formatting options are available:
Highlights: Bold and italic
Please note that when using custom fonts, the corresponding font styles (bold and italic) must be uploaded for these highlights to be effective in the text.
Text alignment: Left-aligned, centered (default), right-aligned.
Please note that for readability reasons, the text alignment on mobile devices is always centered.
Colors: You can assign any color to the entire text or individual words. The colors are defined in the "Design" tab. First, highlight the text, then click the circle icon with the color to color the text.
Links: Links can also be set in the text, which open either in the same window (default) or in a new window.
On this tab, you can also set the color and optional gradient for the connection arrows.
Add Process Step
The default configuration of this component is already filled in appropriately for the topic. However, you can define all the content yourself and add any number of steps. Change the content of the pre-configured steps or delete all entries and add new steps.
Click on the plus icon to do so.
Use Icons Instead of Images
Sometimes a process step cannot be optimally explained with an image. In this case, use an icon.
You can easily upload a square image with your own icon or activate the option "Use icons instead of images" and access the integrated icon library.
If you choose the integrated icons, you can assign a color or an optional gradient to the icons.
More icons can be added on request: Please visit the website https://www.swifticons.com/ and select one or more icons. Then contact our support. We will then integrate the icon in one of our regular releases.
Configure Step
Enter a headline and a description in the corresponding fields.

Image/Icon Library
Next, you can upload your own image (square) or use a preselection of images. Alternatively, you can also access the icon library.
This component already includes many suitable images and icons to illustrate the individual steps.
Set Background
In this tab, you can choose either a background color (default) or a background image.
We recommend using a calm background color to make the content stand out better.
If you choose a background image, you can upload your own image or use one of the predefined images.
Background Image: Image Effects
You have the option to enable additional effects for the background image:
Gradient
A diagonal gradient to give the background image a visual boost. It is best to use two company colors here. You can adjust the transparency of the gradient with a slider.
Here you can create a new gradient that matches your corporate design.
Darker overlay
To ensure that the headline and text are readable, it is often necessary to dampen the brightness of the image somewhat. You can also adjust the color temperature of the overlay (cold ↔ warm) and its transparency.
If you use a background image, please ensure that the headline and text colors match the background image. It is recommended to use white color for both to optimize readability.
