With softgarden, you can invite candidates directly from the system to online skill assessments in e³ skillware and view the results.

Basic settings are made directly in e³ skillware. You can get support from e³ skillware.

To use the integration of e³ skillware in softgarden, you need an active license. Then, please contact softgarden support to unlock the integration.

For integration into softgarden, an API access for e³ skillware is required. You receive this directly from e³ skillware. Then enter the access data under the menu item Integrations in the softgarden settings.

An assessment with e³ skillware can be defined as a workflow step in softgarden.

To do this, please create a new application step in a new custom application process. Set "Schedule Assessment" as the action.

Then you can create a new job with this application process and use the e³ skillware integration.

In the opening window, you can select the e³ skillware assessment and the language.
In the next step, you invite the candidate.

Important: If you use a custom template, you must include the macro for the invitation link.

The status cards will then update accordingly.

Once an assessment is completed, you will be notified by email.
The result will then be displayed in the Assessment tab. Here, you can directly download the result report as a PDF.

You can automatically invite candidates once a certain workflow step is reached. To do this, create a configuration in a custom application process and select the assessment and the email template to be used. Editing these values is possible at any time.

In the Assessment tab, you can also invite candidates to an e³ skillware interview independently of the defined application process.

Important: If the assessment is not part of a custom application process, the current status is only visible in the Assessment tab.
