Your Dashboard
The dashboard is your home page for every visit. From here, you can access all functions.
Dashboard Structure
The dashboard shows active applications in the individual application steps, as well as new emails and open tasks, at a glance in the form of widgets.
Personalization
You can customize your dashboard to your needs and show or hide widgets as needed, or sort them in order.
Filter Options
You can also display or hide the preset filters for jobs, locations, or companies as needed.
You can access the Support Hub from anywhere in softgarden using the icon in the bottom‑right corner. There, you can browse help articles or search specifically for certain topics. You can also start the support chat via the AI bot from the same menu, and you’ll be informed about product updates.
The Main Navigation Bar
The blue sidebar appears on the left side of the page, providing direct access to all important functions, no matter where you are on softgarden.
Jobs
This section contains all your job postings, whether active, closed, or still in draft status.
Here you can create new jobs to optimally target suitable candidates.
To keep track of a large number of jobs, you have a variety of options for structuring and filtering your jobs.

Applications
In this section you will find all your applications and can filter them by status.
