softgarden’s proprietary matching solution uses artificial intelligence to analyze the fit between incoming applications and specific job requirements. Applications with a particularly high match score are visually highlighted in the system as an "AI Match" to give you a quicker overview.

All applications—including those without an AI Match—remain fully visible and accessible to you.

Important: This feature does not influence hiring decisions and does not lead to automated decisions or rejections. This feature is disabled by default. If activated, it automatically applies to any existing subsidiaries as well.
