Artificial intelligence can be used to automate processes, improve content and support data-based decisions – without replacing humans. Our goal is to relieve you of routine tasks and give you more time for strategic recruiting.
Available AI features
1. AI-supported job content & communication
These features help you to create or optimise content quickly, efficiently and to a high standard in your everyday recruiting activities:
Creation of email templates
Automatic structuring of job advertisements
Automatic job classification
Job advertisement generator (based on ChatGPT, expanded with softgarden's own prompts)
TalentMail AI: Support in writing individual, AI-optimised applicant communications
Note: These features are disabled by default.
2. AI-supported applicant matching
Softgarden's proprietary matching solution uses artificial intelligence to analyse the match between incoming applications and the respective job requirements. Applications with a particularly high match are visually highlighted in the system as ‘AI matches’ to give you a quicker overview.
All applications – even those without an AI match – remain fully visible and accessible to you.
Important: This feature does not influence hiring decisions and does not lead to automated decisions or rejections. This feature is disabled by default. When activated, it automatically applies to any subsidiaries.
3. AI functions on the career page Pro
If you maintain content on your career page, you can refine it with the following AI tools:
Shorten texts
Create translations
Generate gender-neutral wording
Activating the AI functions
To activate the AI-supported functions, navigate to ‘Additional functions’ → ‘General settings’ and activate the corresponding switch there. For AI-supported applicant matching, proceed in the same way.
Technology partners & data processing
All AI products in softgarden (job advertisement generator, TalentMail AI, automatic classifications, etc.) are operated via the API (ChatGPT) provided by OpenAI.
Important: No personal data is processed or transmitted when using these functions.
Data protection & transparency
All AI functions comply with the highest data protection standards. They are used exclusively for support and efficiency purposes – you make your own decisions at all times.
