In the third step, you set the qualification questions and evaluation criteria for the job posting.

Qualification Questions

Your individual questions will be displayed to applicants as mandatory fields in the online application. Here, you can ask in advance about salary expectations, job-related certifications, or the possible start date, which is helpful in identifying top candidates more quickly.

For response options, you can choose between the following types:

  • Free text (single line): A short free text response

  • Free text (multi-line): A longer free text response, e.g., a paragraph.

  • Yes/No question: A choice that can be answered with Yes or No

  • Answer catalog: Choice with options you freely provide

Subsequent editing of the questions is possible via "Overview."


Applicant Evaluation Criteria

Set internal evaluation criteria for applicants with respective weighting.

Colleagues from the job team will be asked for their feedback after the interview.

The weighting is done in three levels:

  • normal

  • high (x1.5)

  • higher (x2)

This results in a percentage rating comparable to a scorecard.
