Quick Info for Published Jobs

January 22, 2026

More transparency in the Job Overview.

By popular customer request, the EXT and INT status labels for published jobs are now clickable and provide instant access to information about:

  • Publication status

  • Job boards

  • Dates and deadlines

This information is now available directly in the job overview and on the job detail page, allowing you to view key details quickly and easily without leaving the page.

Job Search with Internal Reference Number

January 26, 2026

Find jobs faster: You can now use the search function to locate jobs by their internal reference number — even with only a partial entry of the number.

New CV Detail View 👁️

January 29, 2026

Better candidate comparison with fewer clicks: Clicking the eye icon in the applications overview now opens a combined detail view as an overlay, displaying all key candidate information and documents directly on the list page.

From there, you can:

  • View all available documents

  • Check candidate details

  • Open files in a new tab if needed

You can also move applicants to the next hiring stage, reject them, or pause their application directly from the buttons at the bottom of the overlay.

Task Filter

March 02, 2026

You can now search through your tasks more quickly using flexible filters.

Also included: a filter that lets you search specifically for tasks related to certain jobs.

Simplified Rejection Function

March 06, 2026

We have merged the “Move to rejection folder” and “Reject applicant” options into a single modal.

This means for you:

  • Fewer clicks

  • No more nested modal dialogs

  • A unified workflow without pre-selection

  • Visibility of the automatic rejection timing

The result is a smoother and more straightforward rejection process with less friction.
